Blackpool native Tom Gregory is on course to take the music industry by storm! Originally appearing on the tv series ‘The Voice’ in 2012, the then 16 year old Gregory sadly didn’t make it to the final stages of the competition, but that didn’t stop him or his ambitions. A few years later, Gregory was back on television appearing in the BBC series ‘The A Word’ which centred around a family attempting to raise an autistic child, Gregory would cite this series as a vital part of his life, as it helped fund and shape his music aspirations.
After a few years of travelling, Gregory found himself signed by German independent record label Kontor Records. Once he was signed, Gregory hit the ground running and began touring in Germany where he found notable success with his debut song ‘Run to You’, which currently has over 20 million streams…
Gregory would later go on to support A-Ha to cap off an impressive year. Later in 2020, he would release his first album entitled ‘Heaven is a World So Cold’. Cut to 2021 and Gregory is back with his latest single ‘River’ – if you like powerful pop ballads with a lot of soul, we would seriously recommend checking out this new track.
Beautifully crafted, Gregory takes us on an emotional journey through his mind, whilst pairing his thoughts with an infectious beat that will stay in your head for days! It’s easy to see why industry professionals draw comparisons to the likes of artists such as James Arthur and Lewis Capaldi.
